| CII is committed to servicing our clients' worldwide commercial property capitalization needs. We found that many clients do not have time nor resources to dedicate toward sourcing funds for their many projects. Oftentimes clients have excellent sources of funds through relationships borne out of the growth of their business. However, many of these capital sources have limits; such as overexposure to one client, budget/quota limitations, program limitations and/or geographical limitations etc. Furthermore, in many instances, a clients' source of capital may be costlier than they realize because they haven't the resources to effectively explore the capital markets. CII works to assist the client in sourcing new capital at competitive pricing. This affords the client an opportunity to maximize wealth by focussing on their core business without losing exposure to the best available capital. And, as a side benefit, the client is also able to forge new global relationships. |

| CAPII has funded loans in Europe. Currently market of interest to CAPII include France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic, Republic of Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. |
